Shelle Rose Charvet is the president of Success Strategies, and has been helping people and organizations improve how they communicate since 1982, introducing new communication ideas to solve old problems.
Shelle is an expert in below-conscious communication processes; what makes people do (or not do) things, outside of their awareness.
She has an Honors degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa, which she completed in her second language, French. She is a Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, specializing in applying NLP to real communication situations. She is also a certified Life Skills coach. She delivers training, keynote speeches and consults on solving difficult communication problems to organizations around the world. Shelle lived in Europe for seven years and brings with her an innate ability to understand how people from different cultures interact.
Shelle is best known for her work applying advanced NLP approaches and the Language and Behavior (LAB) Profile to customer service, sales and marketing, recruitment and team communication. Consultants from around the world attend her annual LAB Profile Consultant/Trainer Certification Program.
Her first book, "Words That Change Minds: Mastering the Language of Influence" is sold around the world in English, and is also available in French, German and Spanish. Shelle has produced three audio cassette programs and regularly publishes articles in periodicals in several countries.

Making this service possible is Christopher J. Herbert, our Director of Research. Chris brings more than 20 years of research experience to Success Strategies. As president of The Insight Group Inc., an Arizona-based market and public opinion research firm, Chris has conducted research for some of the world's most well-known brands and for such diverse clients as Ford Motor Company, Idaho Power, The Mayo Clinic, the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Pfizer, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
In addition to traditional market research studies, Chris has extensive experience in the research of public opinion. In the U.S., he has studied such diverse issues as alcohol beverage warning labeling, environmental policy, health care funding, land use, and tort reform. His work has helped win a wide variety of statewide and local ballot proposition campaigns. Chris also has extensive experience as a consultant to nonprofit organizations.
Chris has built on the Language and Behavior (LAB) Profile to develop a research methodology that measures how people want products and services to fulfill their unstated needs. He can determine what your customers and other important constituencies want, and we can then train your staff to make sure they get it.

Chilina Hills, British and French, has 19 years' experience as a coach, trainer and speaker, in Europe, North America, and Asia. She is a recognized expert in communication and influencing and has an extensive knowledge of cross cultural issues. She guides individuals through challenges of leadership, and helps them develop their charisma and power of conviction by understanding the mechanisms of motivation and applying them to every communication opportunity.
Before that, Chilina enjoyed a wide and varied professional experience, such as acting, radio broadcasting, real estate brokering, public relations, teaching, population education (Unesco), and cooking!
She is a certified NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and a certified trainer in the LAB (Language and Behavior) Profile and the author of "Cultivez votre charisme."
