For a highly successful mutual fund company, Shelle researched the below-conscious triggers of their high value clients in the very sensitive area concerning their decisions on retirement investments, designed their sales process to match how the customers decide, helped with branding, slogan development and website design. They report dramatically increased closing rates and overall sales.
For a large Canadian company, manufacturing foam seats for cars & airplanes, with plants in Canada, US, Europe and Latin America. Delivered multi-session Customer Service and Labour Negotiation training in St. Louis to 5 plants. They saved $300,000 US after 1st session of customer service training and much more after that. They secured the 1st 5 year contract with the union in the history of the company. Also trained the Canadian group of plants with similar results.
For an international enterprise software firm based in Stockholm and Minnesota, Shelle is currently training the marketing department to imbed target-based Influencing Language into their direct marketing initiatives for manufacturing, government services in several countries and languages.
Shelle is bilingual in English and French and can work in Spanish and has basic knowledge of German. She is currently working in Canada, USA, Mexico, France, Germany, the UK, Romania and Italy on marketing, branding, positioning and persuasion issues.
