Shelle is an incredibly short presenter. In fact, she stands less than 5 feet tall (151 cm).
As a result, she needs a raised stage... or else no one behind the second row will see her!
Following is a list of Shelle's A/V and room set-up needs:
Audio/Visual:
One lavaliere microphone (cordless, remote).
Extra-large screen – as large as the room can hold. Preferred placement of screen
is right of stage/platform (right side when facing the stage).
LCD projector
Note: Shelle will bring her laptop and also have the PowerPoint document on a memory stick.
Staging:
Raised stage/platform without lectern.
Small round table on the right side of the stage/platform for laptop (same side as screen).
Access to electrical power, the LCD projector. and the sound system.
Room:
Chevron seating is preferred with no middle aisle where possible.
A Note Concerning the Video or Audio Taping of Shelle’s Presentations
Shelle is happy to have her presentation video or audio taped for internal and non-commercial use. Written permission must be acquired from Shelle prior to the event. Copyright and intellectual property rights of the recorded session belong solely to Shelle Rose Charvet and Success Strategies. In lieu of payment for the use of her copyrighted material, Shelle needs a MiniDV or DV-Cam of the video recording and/or a DAT of an audio recording.
